How do I get my team set up on VivaCollabo?+
Once your plan is active we provision your domain, mailboxes and workspace, then walk your admin through DNS, user import and mobile setup. Most teams are live the same week. Ask us for a guided onboarding call.
Can you migrate us from Google Workspace or Microsoft 365?+
Yes. We migrate email, calendars, contacts and files with minimal downtime, and keep your existing addresses working throughout. Tell us your current provider and seat count and we'll scope the migration.
Do you offer self-hosted or on-premise deployments?+
We do — the same suite can run on our cloud, in a dedicated tenant, or fully inside your own infrastructure (including air-gapped). Request a quote and we'll propose the right deployment model.
What are your support hours and response times?+
Standard support replies within one business day. Enterprise customers get 24×7 coverage with a priority SLA. For anything urgent, email [email protected] and mark it urgent.
How is my data secured?+
